Can I call 'em, or what? A week ago I wrote, “Nuclear War Risk and the Nov. 8 Election: Will Biden get us nuked?”

Now Armageddon Biden himself is warning of “Armageddon” — the total destruction of the world. CNN:

“First time since the Cuban missile crisis, we have a direct threat of the use (of a) nuclear weapon if in fact things continue down the path they are going,” Biden warned during remarks at a Democratic fundraiser in New York where he was introduced by James Murdoch, the youngest son of media mogul Rupert Murdoch, according to the pool report.

He added: “I don’t think there’s any such thing as the ability to easily (use) a tactical nuclear weapon and not end up with Armageddon.”…

“I’m trying to figure out what is Putin’s off ramp?” Biden said during the event, “Where does he find a way out? Where does he find himself in a position that he does not not only lose face but lose significant power within Russia?”

Actually, as I pointed out, Putin didn’t threaten nuclear war, but said, if the US/Nato uses nukes, Russia has the capacity to respond in kind. His exact words:

I would like to remind those who make such statements regarding Russia that our country has different types of weapons as well, and some of them are more modern than the weapons NATO countries have. In the event of a threat to the territorial integrity of our country and to defend Russia and our people, we will certainly make use of all weapon systems available to us. This is not a bluff.

The Republican neocons, such as nutty Nikki Haley, are repeating the Biden-Media misquotation of Putin.

Also like my article a week ago, Armageddon Biden brought up the Cuban Missile Crisis of 1962. But he missed two things. First, as I pointed out, JFK and the Democrats were helped in the midterm election when Americans saw on their TVs the Soviets’ missile-laden ships heading East away from Cuba. American viewers did not see something not well known until later: America’s Jupiter missiles were taken out of Turkey.

Second, this episode established the “Nuclear Grammar” of the Cold War and the post-Cold War era until now: Each side has a “sphere of influence” in which the other side does not station nukes. No US nukes in Turkey or other nearby countries. No Soviet/Russian nukes in Cuba.

The U.S. has been breaking that grammar the past eight years since the Obama-Biden-Nuland putsch in Kiev in 2014. It installed the current anti-Russian regime in Kiev, which began to attack the Russian-speaking regions of the Donbas and was begging to be included in NATO. There’s no way Russia could put up with that, ever, any more than the U.S. could put up with Russian nukes in Cuba, or Mexico or Canada.

That Nuclear Grammar held through the rest of the Cold War, and after with Russia until this year. It held under Soviet/Rusian dictators/leaders Khrushchev, Brezhnev, Andropov, Chernenko, Gorbachev, Yeltsin and Putin. And it held under Presidents JFK, LBJ, Nixon, Ford, Carter, Reagan, Bush I, Clinton, Bush II, Obama and Trump. That’s a big success story. We’re still alive instead of radioactive dust.

I suppose there’s a remote chance Armageddon Biden might accept Elon Musk’s great peace proposal before the Nov. 8 election, thus winning a real victory for himself, as JFK did. That proposal would include a cease-fire; new elections, this time under UN auspices, in the four regions that recently held elections to join Russia; and guarantees of Ukraininan neutrality.

However, that possiblity has become even more remote as Ukraine has taken responsiblity for blowing up the bridge over the Kerch straits; U.S. intel has fingered the Ukraine regime for murdering philosopher Alexander Dugin’s daughter; and the Nordstream piplines were bombed, obviously by Biden.

What’s next?

This is the eye of the hurricane. The Russians are preparing for a winter offensive. No doubt they have in mind the winter offensive of 1943, Operation Koltso (Ring), the final blow in the Battle of Stalingrad, which is just East of the current fighting. In the Great Patriotic War, as the Russians call World War II, their forces encircled the Nazi army under Gen. Paulus, and forced its surrender. Hitler had refused Paulus to withdraw his troops, insisting they stay till the end. That’s the same strategy Zelensky has been using, especially with his Nazi Azov troops in Mariupol. The same strategy will be employed next January.

Other events are General Mud is slowing the Ukrainian advances. Russia is bringing up its reserves. And America’s election is a month away. The talk about Armageddon, as I noted last week and above, is seeping into the Netflix-flummoxed brains of America voters, forcing them to react in horror to what Biden and his Democrat cohorts might do to them. Whatever your race, your creed, your color, our political party, you don’t want to get nuked.

And Armageddon is on top of vast inflation, lawlessness in the streets, cutting off children’s body parts, uncontrolled immigration, and an overall Weimar Republic feel to the whole situation. Ugh.
