The MSM, the Left and the neocons are screeching about Trump calling Zelinsky a “dictator,” while working out with Putin the details of peace in Ukraine. I like Scott Adams’ take, below. But first let me explain why I, as a journalist of five decades, despise the MSM - the Main Stream Media.
DOGE uncovered how USAID funneled our tax dollars to the New York Times, the Financial Times, Reuters, Politicao and other leftist media in return for them taking the Biden Party Line, especially on Ukraine. They are Regime Media.
And they said nothing when Zelinsky murdered the great American journalst Gonzalo Lira. I watched Gonzalo’s YouTube reporting from Kharkov from the start of the war. Zelinsky arrested him, then he was let go. He fled and tried to cross the Hungarian border, but was arrested again. Numerous pleas to Biden and Blinken’s State Department to ask their puppet, Zelinsky, to release Gonzalo, were unheard. Gonzalo was tortured and murdered. Read the ZeroHedge report.
The MSM said nothing about the torture and murder of their brother journalist by Biden, Blinken and Zelinsky. And now we know why — they were bribed not to by USAID and your tax dollars.
And let’s not forget the Zelinsky regime is suffused with the Azov Brigade and other Banderist Nazis. Read this article from Poland, our NATO ally, explaining how the Banderites were Hitler’s allies in WWII and murdered tens of thousands of Poles, Russians and Jews.
Now let’s look at what Trump is doing. The best take I’ve seen comes from Scott Adams, a master of persuasion. I followed his analysis of Trump’s negotiating techniques since the president began running almost 10 years ago. Scott usually was spot on. He wrote a book about Trump’s techniques, “Win Bigly: Persuasion in a World Where Facts Don't Matter.”
Here’s what Scott just wrote on X:
Persuasion tip:
If you are negotiating with Putin, you compliment him while being extra tough on terms. That sets the tone for mutual respect. You need that to get the best deal.
If you are trying to persuade Zelensky to go along, you make sure he knows how expensive it will be to resist. You slap him hard, in public, and don’t apologize.
Treating Putin and Zelensky the same in this context would be a huge negotiating mistake.
Trump’s approach seems shocking to many Americans because they’ve never seen anyone this good at negotiating. He’s pitch perfect in technique.
Putin is in the same weight class as Trump, as far as persuasion skills, which is rare. It’s a fair contest. But I suspect they both see a MUTUAL big win opportunity that could be historic.
Watch and learn.
Yes, that’s what I’m looking forward to — and peace. And the shrieking MSM, tax-subsidized humiliating themselves once again.
By the way, you know how the MSM are attacking Trump for saying Zelinsky’s approval rating is just 4%, when it supposedly really is 57%? Well, one guess where that poll came from. That’s right, an outfit bribed with USAID money paid for by your tax dollars!
An X guy named Maze Moore found this, on the website of the Kiev International Institute of Sociology, which ran the poll:
It’s all such a fraud. But the truth is coming out.
I dedicate this post to the memory of Gonzalo Lira, hero journalist.
Trump is learning about what USAID, the CIA, and Victoria Nuland had to do with the Maidan revolution and the Ukraine walking away from the Minsk agreements, which only served to delay the Russian SRO for the Ukrainian military's buildup to NATO standards. Russia went in to stop the Azov Battalion's attacks on the Dombas.
